A: You can review and purchase artwork on Artzizzle.com by using a major credit cards only. If you’d like to purchase artwork, use the secure Shopping Cart feature to make and purchase your contemporary art selections.

Q: Can a return purchase if I change my mind?   Back to top

A: Artwork purchased and returned undamaged within thirty days will qualify for a complete refund (minus shipping charges). After thirty days, refunds will NOT be given. Returned items must be properly packaged, insured and shipped at owner’s expense. Artzizzle.com is not responsible for damage to artwork caused by shipping or improperly packaged materials. If you’d like to return a piece of artwork within 30 days of purchase, please contact us at info@artzizzle.com to make the arrangements.

A: Artzizzle.com makes collecting art easy. We offer artwork at affordable price points and through Artzizzle Rewards, we offer some great tools and discounts to help you get started, including a 1-to-1 art advisory service. As an Artzizzle Rewards member you can also view artwork you'd like to purchase "On My Wall" and also build and keep track of your collection online in "My Collections".

A: Artzizzle.com adds new Exhibitions monthly and also offers many special exhibitions, like the Featured Artist section. The best way to keep updated is sign up to for our reminder e-mail list. Just click "Get Updates" on the lower hand side at the bottom of this page.

Q: How can I access Member Only sections of this website?   Back to top

A: We offer three levels of Artzizzle Rewards membership that provide unlimited access to paid site features and discounts, including "My Collection", "On My Wall", the 1-to-1 Art Advisory service and free shipping. Full Artzizzle Rewards membership benefits and pricing details are available on the Artzizzle Rewards sign-up page. Membership is available through credit card purchase only. Membership is good for one year and will automatically billed for renewal upon the purchaser’s anniversary date unless cancelled.

Q: How do I cancel my Artzizzle Rewards membership?   Back to top

A: Artzizzle Rewards membership can be cancelled at any time, but fees for that year are NON-refundable. To cancel, login into your Artzizzle Rewards account profile and click on "Cancel Membership". Once you cancel your Artzizzle Rewards membership, you will not be able to access the website’s member-only features, including "On My Wall" and "My Collection" sections. Q: How can I use the "My Collection" and "On My Wall" features?   Back to top

A: Artwork images on this site or images from your own collection can be saved to "My Collection" and showcased "On My Wall" as long as you are a member of the Artzizzle Rewards program.

My Collection: To access the "My Collections" feature, click on the link in the navibar located on the top and bottom of the website. Your saved artwork images will reside in a portfolio labeled "My Collection". To change the name or add a description Click EDIT. If the "My Collection" portfolio is empty, you need to visit Artists and Exhibitions and select artwork to place in your My Collection portfolio. To move or copy images into a new portfolio click on Options.

On My Wall: To access the "On My Wall" feature, click on the link located under the My Collections heading in the navibar. Select one of our rooms by clicking it or upload a room image of your own. Next pick one of your portfolios and then a piece of art. Just click on an image and it will appear. Once it's in the frame, drag it into place. Make sure to save your "rooms" or they will be gone once you leave the page.

Q: Can I add my own artwork to "My Collection" and view it "On My Wall"?   Back to top

A: Yes, you can import your own artwork as long as you are an Artzizzle Rewards member in good standing.  For the work you are planning to upload, JPEG Files must be no more than 4MB. Both the image height and the image width must be between 60 and 2500 pixels. Copyright laws apply. See terms and conditions for submission.

Q: How can I get discounts on artwork that I would like to purchase?   Back to top

A: Discounts and other special benefits are available only to Artzizzle Rewards members in good standing who are signed-in to their account at the time of purchase.

Q: If I'm an artist, can I submit my own art to this website for review?    Back to top

A: Artzizzle.com accepts submissions from artists and art institutions. Please send no more than three JPEGS of your work and your contact information to info@artzizzle.com. If you work is select to be used, we will be in touch. JPEGS will not be returned.

Q: How do I upload/share an image?   Back to top

A: You can upload/share an image by clicking "Import Rooms", "Upload your photo", or "Upload an image" links wherever they appear on Artzizzle. Importing and uploading means sending a copy of the image over your internet connection from your computer to Artzizzle’s website. You will still have a copy on your computer.

A: We support JPEG images. Files must be no more than 4MB. Both the image height and the image width must be between 60 and 2500 pixels.

A: No, all images must be uploaded to Artzizzle. This ensures your image is always available.

Q: How long does it take to upload an image?   Back to top

A: The time varies depending on the speed of your Internet connection and the size of the image file. For a 400KB image, for example, you should expect 2 to 4 minutes over a 56KB modem and under 1 minute for DSL or cable modem.

Q: Where will my image appear?   Back to top

A: Generally your image will appear where you uploaded it: in the “On My Wall” gallery, or on your "My Collection" page(s), for example if you are an Artzizzle rewards member in good standing. We may share your image with other Artzizzle Rewards members. You can delete your image from our service at any time and the image will be removed from all sites. See the Content Submission Terms and Conditions for more information.

A: Go to your My Collection page. Click the "delete" button next to the image and it will be removed. You will need to be signed-into Artzizzle Rewards before you can delete your image.
